No restore option

I purchased this app for my daughter. She enjoys it. I upgraded my phone and installed it on my new phone but the app does not have an option to restore your purchase so you have to buy it again. I wrote a message to support on their webpage 3 times and all 3 times my message did not go through. I received the message. "Your message did not go though! Try again." After the 3rd time I was 110% sure I had not missed anything on the form. So if for any reason you have to change phone the day after purchasing this app, you will be paying for it again.
